Sheraton Hotel was a prefab unit construction where the rooms were totally fitted with bathroom pluming and all electrical. Set in plan then finished on site.

The hotel has a spacious atrium with center open walkways accessing all the rooms.

There is a restaurant, offices and convention rooms on the first floor.
